By accessing this site, creating an account, joining Higher Club or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies they reference (Privacy, Refund & Return, Shipping and Higher Club Membership Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, join Higher Club or purchase from Elevaze. We verify date of birth at sign-up and may refuse, cancel or close any account or order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not misuse the site, including: attempting unauthorized access, probing or bypassing security controls, scraping, automated account creation, interfering with service, reselling benefits, submitting unlawful, infringing or abusive content, or using the site in violation of applicable law.

We aim to describe products, colors and finishes accurately, but on-screen colors and 3D previews may differ from finished products. Availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payments are processed by our checkout provider; Elevaze does not store full card numbers.

Higher Club memberships are governed by the Higher Club Membership Terms. Paid benefits apply only while a membership is active with the payment provider.

E-Points are promotional loyalty credits with no cash value. They are not property, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reversed for returns, cancellations, errors or abuse.

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combinable, and may be changed or ended at any time. Discount codes may not be resold or shared publicly unless stated.

The Elevaze name, logos, product designs, imagery, 3D models, text and site content are owned by or licensed to Elevaze and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except to use the site for personal shopping.

If you submit reviews, personalization text or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Elevaze a non-exclusive license to use, display and moderate it. We may decline personalization requests or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

Checkout, payment, shipping carriers, sign-in providers and other services may be operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Elevaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevaze from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these terms or infringement of others' rights, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders or memberships, or reverse E-Points for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of [business setting: business jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
