Recurring billing
Once billing is enabled, paid memberships renew automatically at the price shown when you join until cancelled. Paid benefits activate only after the payment provider confirms an active subscription.

Monthly vs annual renewal
Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. Benefits continue until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Return Policy for refund rules.

Benefit eligibility
Benefits depend on your tier and an active (or trial) membership status. Past-due, cancelled or expired memberships do not receive paid benefits.

Annual reward unlock
Annual rewards unlock after the stated qualifying period of continuous paid membership for your tier and may be withheld if a membership is cancelled, refunded or charged back.

Points accrual
E-Points accrue on eligible purchases at your tier's earn rate, excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards and refunded or cancelled amounts.

Non-transferability
Memberships, benefits and E-Points are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, combined across accounts or bartered.

Abuse and fraud
We may suspend benefits, reverse points or close memberships involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, multiple accounts or manipulation.

Referral abuse
Self-referrals, fake accounts, and paid or spam referral promotion are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of referral rewards.

Benefit changes
We may modify, add or retire benefits, earn rates or rewards. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect for paid members.

Account termination
If your account is closed, your membership ends and unused E-Points and rewards are forfeited, unless required otherwise by law.

No cash value
E-Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Taxes and shipping
Member discounts and rewards apply to eligible merchandise and do not apply to taxes. Shipping exclusions may apply.
